Adhiram, is engaged in manufacturing artistic sculptures, handicrafts and artificial Jewellery. Our products are available in different types of material, polish, painting, fittings, carving and handmade. We have a collection of thousands of products. Place an order with us and you’ll get to know, Adhiram will not disappoint you.
We make sculptures of brass and iron, handicrafts of iron, wood, and oxidised jewellery of Germer Silver and A. D.
Where can I find the entire product range?
All our products are displayed category wise on our website. Alternatively, you can write to us at adhiramhq@gmail.com to request a catalog. We can create any design you want, in any quantity you require on demand.
What would be the delivery time?
We normally dispatch goods in about 24-48 hours. If the product if to be delivered locally we try our best to deliver the product as soon as possible. However delivery time depends upon type of product purchased, quantity and other factors as well.
What is your quality control check?
Before dispatch, we check the material, making a sample, and ensure that the mass produced product matches it. We trace different phases of production from the beginning and send regular updates to our clients via WhatsApp, Skype and Mail. Every product is quality checked before packing. Before delivery, we give our clients the option of sending a QC or appointing a third party to check the quality.
What is your return or refund policy?
Adhiram has a 10 days return policy. If the article received is damaged or do not suit your needs, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Once the article is received at our end, we will issue a refund to you via bank transfer/return transfer to your card (in case of prepaid transactions).
